The SSN Direct system is highly customizable, well-documented and its processes and reports can be easily changed without Sysdome's internal development team's involvement.

In just the first three weeks of using the new system, Sysdome calculate that their productivity has increased by 10% to 15%. They were also able to cut the staff needed to run the process from 6 to 8 people down to just two. It’s estimated that SSN Direct will save Sysdome in excess of $100,000 in staffing costs this year alone by enabling the redeployment of those freed up resources.
